The Model 25 pan and tilt gimbal is a general purpose system designed for payloads between 25 and 40 pounds. The Model 25 is equipped with servo motors and uses encoders on the motor shaft to close position and rate control loops. The gimbal is designed as a pedestal system and supports payloads on both sides of the elevation head.
