Sagebrush Technology Inc. warrants that its products meet or exceed their performance specification and are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year provided that the product is used in compliance with applicable operating and maintenance instructions and has not been subject to misuse, alteration or neglect.
Sagebrush Technology will not be liable for loss or damage or any other incidental or consequential loss or damage from property damage due directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
Warranted Items must be returned postpaid to Sagebrush. Sagebrush will inspect the item and if defects in materials or workmanship are found Sagebrush will at its option, expeditiously repair or replace the defective item and return it prepaid.
