Instructions for Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

1. No returned material will be accepted without a valid RMA Number.
2. To obtain an RMA Number, complete all fields of the Support Request Form and submit the form to us for processing.
3. Units that have been exposed to hazardous or infectious materials or blood-born pathogens must be cleaned prior to their return. Material Safety Data Sheets must be provided for all hazardous materials to which the unit has been exposed. When completing the support request form, please indicate if the unit has been exposed to hazardous or infectious materials and identify the materials.
4. Provide a detailed problem description as part of the support request. We will review the problem and may contact you in an effort to resolve the problem over the telephone.
5. Sagebrush Technology will fax or email to you an RMA Form and RMA Number.
6. Please read and follow all instructions accompanying the RMA Form. Write the Serial Number and RMA Number on the outside of the shipping container.
